Story

Align Wellness Studio is a full service Pilates studio offering the highest level of Pilates instruction for everyone from the competitive athlete to the pre and post natal mom to the more mature client. Private and group sessions are offered in Pilates, LeBarre, Cardio, and yoga. We offer programs for kids and adults. In addition, we offer Massage Therapy with a team of highly skilled therapists. Align is also home to several integrative, like-minded business: Holistic health coaching from Highway 2 Well, Soul Spout Family Acupuncture, and Structural Integration with Pam Donnelly can all be found at Align.
