Alivio Therapeutic Massage

I had always been a bit of a skeptic regarding message therapy until a recent running injury compelled me to give it a chance. After some research, I contacted Alivio. Scheduling was easy and has never been an issue. My experience has been nothing but wonderful with Gabriella. The environment that she provides is incredibly inviting and tranquil. I consider myself to be fortunate to have met her and to have experienced the healing capabilities of message therapy. Gabriella is by far the most knowledgeable, pleasant and professional massage therapist that I have ever encountered. Having a history of shoulder and back issues I have been getting massages for over 15 years.......Gabriella is the first therapist that has actually worked these problem areas so well that I have minimum pain as of now. Her personality has made it comfortable from Day 1 for me to relax and truly enjoy the massage and totally be at ease during the session. I look forward to the sessions with Gabriella as much as I would look forward going to a friend's house to socialize..............that is how comfortable she has made me feel. Have been seeing Gabriella for quite some time now and she does a wonderful job at working out the kinks and tension that’s build up over a period of time. I was referred to Gabriella by my primary care physician after a car accident one month prior to beginning massage therapy. I had never had a massage before but quickly became comfortable and relaxed. After my first session I realized that my entire back had been in a solid muscle spasm before I sought massage therapy as treatment. I came in to her treatment with constant back pain and spasms, horrible difficulty sleeping, and daily living tasks were hindered beyond what I could have expected as a stay at home mom. Gabriella has helped me so much with gaining control of my back and eliminating the constant pain and spasms. I learned stretching techniques, and practiced relaxing giving myself time to heal all house hold activities from cleaning to doing my children's hair would induce spasms. On days when I'd wake up slightly uncomfortable or achy I'd take a bath with some Epsom Salts with essential oils Gabriella gave me and after my bath I felt relaxed, warm and pain free. I've gone from having constant pain and spasms, to waking up feeling refreshed and capable of doing things I wasn't comfortable with doing after my car accident. I'm so grateful for Gabriella's knowledge and healing touch. You can tell she is passionate about healing and helping people live a better, fuller life. If you're in need of some relaxation and stress relief I recommend her to everyone she has helped me so much!!

Gabriella is amazing! I showed her the problem areas I have when performing my duties for the Army Reserve. She took care of those areas the day before my weekend duty and everything went smoothly. The problem areas were not a problem anymore. She is the most professional message therapist I have met too.

I had never had a massage until I was recently involved in a car accident. I was having back and neck pain and experiencing headaches from dealing with the pain. I was referred to Alivio Therapeutic Massage by my doctor. I was both a little nervous and skeptical, but after my first appointment, I became a convert. Gabriella is a master at body language. I didn’t say anything for my first few sessions like I said, nervous, but without saying a word she was able to find and work on the most troublesome spots. I left every time feeling less pain for 2-3 days after a session. I am generally not very talkative, but I stopped at Carr’s after a session at Alivio. When the young cashier asked how my day was, I told her it was great because I had just had a massage. I was in the mood to even give her some pro life tips. I told her to get a massage from a professional as soon as possible. I couldn’t help myself. At 45, I can’t believe I had gone my entire adult life without getting one. For those suffering from pain after a car accident, I cannot recommend Alivio highly enough. For myself, I am going to find out if my current insurance offers wellness visits to a massage therapist. I hope it does. And if it doesn’t, well, my wife used to treat herself to spa days, maybe I can treat myself to a spa day too.

The atmosphere at Alivio when I arrived there was very peaceful and welcoming. Gabriella took great care in focusing on the problem areas I described to her prior to the massage. When I left, my muscles felt looser than they had in years, and I felt serene. Thank you for a wonderful massage!!

A hidden treasure! Alivio is a tranquil get away. When you enter, you know it's a place of comfort and professionalism don't have to worry if some guy got a happy ending. Always neat and clean.
