Cheap balloons. I purchased a number 9 balloon, a camouflage balloon, and 3 solids. I didn't make it to my car and the camo balloon popped. I went inside to inform the girl at the counter. She then asked the girl inflating balloons who then yelled out "she will have to buy another one. So I politely asked the girl at the counter for scissors to cut off the camo balloon from the rest. As I walked out the door again the number 9 balloon deflated completely. I went back to show the girl at the counter. I handed all the balloons back since I was told I would have to pay for another when I did nothing other than walk and these cheap balloons popped and deflated. Poor customer service 5/23/15.
