All About Vacations

I have never had the desire to use a travel agent, I always thought why bother when I can do it online myself? I didn’t want the stress of planning a honeymoon while planning a wedding so I was referred to Kari to help me plan my trip. Let me tell you, I will never book another trip on my own ever again. Kari was so helpful and always very quick to respond to any questions I may have…even if it meant responding at 4am! She was patient when I was indecisive about a destination and gave me clear and honest feedback on all resorts I inquired about. In the end we chose the Couples Resort in Jamaica San Souci and it was the best vacation we have ever been on. Kari made sure we had good standing for our plane, an excellent ocean view and even provided great tips on how to make our vacation one to remember. We can’t thank you enough and look forward to booking with you again!

THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL DO NOT USE! We tried to book a destination wedding with my sister-in-law. The 4 of us went in, decided on a date and hotel. Then a month later we find out that the dates they booked us did not have ANY wedding dates available (to which our agent Jaci blamed on us). Not only that, the hotel SHE helped us choose did not even offer a beach wedding which is something the bride specifically asked for! Because they refused to give us a full refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE we reluctantly settled on a different area/hotel, which added another $300 per couples final bill. After being reassured by the owner herself and the agent that this was it, everything was finalized and booked we felt better about the situation. Until 5 days later they informed us of all these hidden fees which was adding an extra $300 to the bride and grooms bill and an extra $100 to ours. Only after we all became upset and threatened to cancel did the owner offer to pay the $300 hidden fees (which why offer to pay unless you knew it was your mistake), but at this point we had had enough. So in conclusion they turned what should have been an exciting fun time into a miserable, stressful, month long saga. You use a travel agent so you don't get blind sided by all these extra fees and they help you get what you want. Not this place. ALL ABOUT VACATIONS does not care about their reputation, customers and the fact that they now cost us money for a trip we cannot even go on anymore. We are beyond disappointed with their service.
