Roy came out and did a repair on a half circle crack I got from a rock hitting my windshield on my 2016 RAM truck at high speed on the interstate. Very friendly, came for my appointment at my duplex the same day I called. Crack is barely visible. Very competitively priced. Only paid $40 for the repair which is less than half what Safelite charges. Excellent service, they come to you at your home or work, and they have the best price. Would definitely recommend Auto Glass Direct.

Super easy to talk to. I was in a pinch they fit me In the very next morning after my accident. I called told them my car they told me a quote which I found very affordable and set me up the next day. I had a work vehicle as well so I left a key under the mat of my car and he called upon arrival took my payment info and when I got home I had a shiney flawless windshield where my smashed one was. Called first thing in the morning to schedule a time for an at home repair for a small windshield chip/crack. They were on time and repaired it quickly in my driveway. Kind, on time, fast, and inexpensive <$50. Thank you! Will use again if I need windshield repair.

This cost me 1/3 of what safelight quoted, was done within 3 hours safelight needed 2 days and Roy came to where my vehicle was vs. me driving 30 minutes to safelight. Very personable as well, seems to have done a great job with my truck windshield. Highly recommend!!!
