Do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews. The state needs to intervene.

Very unprofessional. Have had people show up with no masks on. People don't return phone calls. They don't have adequate staff they shouldn't take the case if they can't fill the job.

Be aware of this company!! Very BAD customer service skills.  The caliber of the Nursing Staff they employ is from the bottom of the barrel. The supervisors are no better! Do yourself a favor and go with another agency! It will save you a lot of time and aggravation.  Partners is a wonderful home care group.
