Best place/spot for the kids, girls day out, cute date, bday party, family fun, - Great for gifts, relaxation, and of course to show off your creativity! And you do not have to be an art major. Just go have fun!
Such a nice place to spend the afternoon. Wanted to get the kiddo out of the house and off electronics so we stopped by here for an afternoon of creativity. Clean, spacious and friendly. Will definitely return!
If you are looking for a full service party venue, this is not it. My daughter attended a paint party here last year and really enjoyed it so we looked into it for her birthday. Her newest hobby is pottery and we were delighted to find that they have a party option where you can shape clay instead of just painting the pre-made ceramics. I was informed that they would be “free” to shape the clay as they wished and make a variety of items. Cool. I did not realize they would receive NO direction. A table of 8-9 year old girls was each given a lump a clay, a bowl of water, a few shaping tools and a sheet of paper that advised them to make sure whatever they were shaping was between 1 cm and 1 inch. The “attendants” hung out in back room and we were advised not to have parents or additional non-participants stay on premises. So basically my husband and I were left with a dozen kids, a table of mud and no help. For the price, I could have had a party elsewhere with a “host” that directed the activity. My daughter has experience with clay and if they’d given ANY ideas/direction/help AT ALL this could have been a great experience for the kids and parents alike. I doubt most of the pieces will survive the kiln because the kids weren’t able to just dream up a viable idea from scratch. I’m so annoyed and disappointed.
We went to All Fired Up on a Saturday night and it was packed. If you could it's best to do a reservation. We were able to get a spot just walking in but reservation would have been better. We enjoyed the time we had. It was our first time and we had a ball. So you get a chance to pick the item you want to paint or if you are experienced they have the clay modeling section. They have all the supplies you need and can think off. This is a great place to show off your creativity or just a good stress relief. Also remember you will not get the item back the same day since it has to be put in the oven.We will be back very soon. GREAT DAY OUT WITH THE KIDS!!
Update: I have revisited All Fired Up a few times since my first experience listed below. Every single time they have returned my pottery piece in amazing condition! I have so much fun here and the price is very very reasonable! Extremely disappointed. Had a great experience while painting with my best friend. Came to pick up my work and they lost mine. Super bummed.
My wife and I had a rare weekday off together and we wanted to try something different and creative. We had so much fun. I feel the prices are extremely fair bc you get an activity and a finished piece. The only recommendation I have would be for the staff to show and explain the tools. We were finished when we discovered the stencils and stamps.
We had a wonderful experience... Me and my sisters went there. The gentleman was so very nice to us. You pick your own pottery the colors you like paint brushes . Very relaxing clean and comfortable. I went with a friend the day before and the next day I brought my family back it was a great outing
This place was a blast! The painting was pretty independent, which I liked. We were able to freely grab paints as we wanted/needed and had a great time painting. The pick up of the pottery was exactly when promised. I went with my 2.5 year old niece and she had the best time. The pottery we came out with was wild but she was very proud:
Really cool place to go and relax for a while. It really is calming to be so concentrated on painting something. It's a fun thing to do with the kids, or on a date, or by yourself to destress a bit. They have so many ceramic options to choose from and all of the colors you could ever want.
Ummm where else can you not look at your phone for 2 hours while practicing childish play? I had a great time going on my own on a random Sunday and love my piece. The one con: the chairs are so so annoyingly loud.
