I have tried for a week and a half to get them to communicate their rates to me. I have a chain of emails not replied to, I have left messages and they haven't returned my phone calls. Now after wasting almost 2 weeks I get to try to find a real process server to serve my court paperwork. Don't waste your time with these guys.
