All Out Zone

We always do virtual reality games for my 6 and 9 year old. Staff was very polite patient in teaching my grandkids. They LOVE it and we come back each week because it is fun you get discounted the more you play and they love it. Thanks to the GREAT staff.

Virtual reality was really fun. The staff were friendly and very helpful for both of our recent visits. The price was fair given the experience, and frankly 15 minutes was a good amount on the VR goggles. I recommend making this a 4 or 6 person family date, you wont be disappointed!

This was honestly the most fun I’ve had with my friends, it was at the spur of the moment and we ended up getting a good deal on all 4 of us to play Air-soft for 30 minutes and VR for 15 minutes. So much fun, definitely recommend it!!

Well, very pricey but it's unique here in Albuquerque so they have the market. We arrived at 12pm as that's the opening time they have listed and they stated they don't open until 12:30. So they sent us away until then. We return and they now have a sign up that there's a private party and we can come back at 1:40. After speaking with manager we are assured we will be allowed entry at 1:40 with a discount. At 1:40 we are admitted and play for an hour. It was fun and unique. The customer care isn't so good. Even the discount was negligible at that point as we spent close to $75 for three people for one hour. I would return but am skeptical.

My kids loved this place. After a long day of shopping it was good to know this place was here to reward the kiddos for being patient. The young African American gentleman that was working at the time provided the best customer service, he was very patient with my exited kids and their million questions about the nurf guns my kid is a fan, also very friendly with me even thought I was having a bad day.

The staff at ALL OUT ZONE was so helpful and kind! They helped us find the right guns and showed us the ropes... Great place for a fast paced get together for a group. Our church youth group had a blast! Even the parents jumped in. Hoping to make this an annual event! Thank you Briana and owner, Ronnie!!

I booked a birthday party here for my 10 year old daughter and she said it was the best birthday ever! My whole family got to participate in the nerf battle and everyone had a reall good time. I would highly suggest having your child party here. The price is by far worth the amount of time we got to spend in the private room compared to any other arcade that offers birthday parties.

I liked this place. I didn't do the Nerf Gun area, but I did do the Virtual Reality which I really enjoyed. The Nerf Gun area looks cool and they have a large selection of Nerf guns to choose from. The setup they have for their Virtual Reality is really good. I believe they use the Oculus Rift and it's comfortable and very emersive. The price isn't bad. It's roughly about $1 per minute which is a little pricey, but the more you spend, the better the deals get. The girl that was working there was ok. She seemed to be a little out of it, but nice. She wasn't the most attentive with some of her guests, but she wasn't terrible. Overall a cool and fun place to go. I would recommend going here.

This is a nice place if you are renting one of their mini paintball like guns, but if you bring your own gun, the bullets are mangled, and there are barely any bullets. Me and my friends went here, the bullets jammed the guns, and some would just fart out of the gun and go like 3 feet while I was fully revving my gun. Fun for gun renters, otherwise, pass.

I regret ever coming to this place. My 5 year old son was dying to try it out. I arrived and I as given options on guns. I picked a $4 gun. I paid $30 for us both to play and was handed my empty nerf gun and told bullets were inside. Inside meant I had to pick all bullets off floor. After trying to scavenge 40 bullets from floor now was time to have a nerf war.... wait the guns didn’t work. Bullets only flew 3 feet if they didn’t jam. Switched out guns with employee same results. Stayed for 13 minutes total. This place ruined my day my kid was disappointed and I feel like I threw my money away. This is really the worst place ever.
