I am truly grateful to have been recommended to take my beautiful collie to All Pets at Peace. I felt so emotionally that I’d just lost my very special companion. But Brian, showed me so much empathy allowed me To openly show my grief without judgement. Brian is so compassionate and understanding of your loss. He fully understands that our pets are part of the family and not just a dog! I was given time & space to say my final goodbyes. Brian helped me start my healing process to remember the good &fun times Barney & I had. All pets at peace is a calm tranquil place, that puts your mind ease. And the prefect place for my collie to rest in peace.
I would highly recommend Brian at All Pets At Peace for the care and dignity he gave me and my deceased dog this morning. Brian made us feel so relaxed and at ease with the whole process. Me, my daughter & son in law were made very welcome into the family room to wait for the ashes so we could bring her home with us again. R. I. P. Lizzy you were an amazing dog and we will never forget you.
We visited All Pets at Peace last Tuesday, having said goodbye to our precious boy earlier that morning. I'm eternally grateful to Brian for his compassion & empathy and the care and dignity he showed towards Lennox. Brian truly made a horrific day that bit more bearable. Brian was extremely accommodating when our little lad decided to leave us earlier than anticipated and nothing was too much trouble. Brian was so warm and empathetic; he made us feel comfortable and I know that Lennox was in the best of hands, with someone who genuinely cares about pets and the people they leave behind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would... thank you All Pets at Peace.
I highly recommend All Pets at Peace. I went today to cremate my wonderful cat April who very sadly died this week. I hadn't seen any photos of the location, I just went from my gut feeling when I spoke to Brian on the phone. I could tell he was a kind, warm person with empathy which is so important for a business like this. I was really comforted when I arrived and saw that it was a lovely place with a garden and orchard with a peaceful place to sit as well as a room to say goodbye. Thank you Brian I really appreciated it today, Kate.
I took my Westie Missy to Brian. He took her with care and compassion. I returned at 2030hrs the same evening to pick her up. He did not rush me and handed me her back. The care Brian showed was sincere. On leaving Brian handed me a bag with a poem and a card in it. Both of which are a special touch. I would highly recommend Brian’s service.
We originally used Brian and All Pets At Peace about seven years ago when we lost our lovely Weimaraner Blue. Brian had been recommended by the kennels where she had day care. We weren't aware exactly how cremation was handled by the majority of vets as Blue was our first loss; but essentially multiple animals are often cremated together. This is obviously going to mean that you aren't getting back 100% of their ashes. Our dogs have always been part of our family and we would always want their remains to be handled with the utmost respect and care. This is where Brian and All Pets At Peace comes in. We just lost our beloved Riley a few weeks ago. On an absolutely heart breaking horrid day, I felt a small sense of relief when I called and Brian was able to accommodate us that day. Over the years I'm not sure if Brian's jokes have improved maybe a little ;- but his level of care and respect is exceptional. Brian is a wonderful human being who makes a dark day somewhat bearable. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Brian - the service you provide is amazing and I wouldn't question recommending All Pets At Peace to anyone who has lost a beloved pet.
I lost my lovely Mr. Mischief Cat suddenly in the early hours of a Saturday morning two weeks ago and was at a loss what to do. I saw Brian's website and phoned him. From the first point of contact to me leaving with Mr Mischief he was empathic, so kind but also with a sense of humour throughout. It made such an emotional and sad day a little easier to bear. He makes a good cup of tea too! It's such a lovely place to go to, the gardens are so beautiful and so peaceful. Can highly recommend Brian and the service he provided.
Dignity, respect and trust are the three words this was built on. Brian made the whole experience of losing a beloved pet easier. From our experience today and meeting Brian it is clear he does this with love and it shows. I cannot recommend enough. You can trust Brian to treat your pet with the respect and dignity he/she deserves. There is a whole range of urns and tributes to chose from. There is no hard selling from Brian. Thank you again.
After losing our beloved cat Fluffy, we wanted her ashes in a keepsake at home. I googled private cremations and this one stood out from the rest. Not only the opening times but also knowing the ashes were purely her. Brian greeted us with such a warm welcome and talked to us like we were old friends. We got to say our last farewell in such a peaceful place and bring her home with us in a beautiful cat figure. We so wish we had known about this place had existed before. Would highly recommend and we have been to our families/friends. There is no doubt in our minds that this was the right place for her. Thank you Brian for helping us through our tears and heartbreak.
I can’t thank and recommend pets at peace enough, I didn’t like the idea of my dog being cremated but Brian completely put my mind at ease and made the grieving somewhat easier. The little touches he adds and the personalised service and keep sakes are fantastic. Highly recommend taking your pet away from any vets and to his service when you are ready. Thank you I will be forever grateful for the way you were towards me and Charlie x
