Everyone was really great definetly willing to help me with my situation and we're able to have me moved in as soon as they could. I worked with Paola she did everything she could to give me the best experience possible.
Company sends an automated email to people who are contacting them regarding their properties to pay $30 to apply and drive by the house without actually providing a viewing. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they reported others have had the same trouble with this company.
Rude staff, Not willing to work with tenants to fix things. Just left my washer/dryer broken for months. Mold in apt never fixed. Would not recommend to owners to manage their properties as we moved because of them. Poor ommunicators Paula and Jarome W specifically.
