All Tennessee Care Givers

All Tn Caregivers is the 3rd company I've hired in 5 months due to lame caregiving for my bedbound relative. All TN for us has truly been the most competent company I have tried. Instead Home Health and Comfort Keepers about wore me out instead of ever really actually helping me. I couldn't seem to get a caring caregiver, it was huge waste of money and I was worried that I would NEVER get a break. This particular company is smaller and I find that service is much more personal, which is exactly what I wanted. Nancy Barber has been a blessing to us, she is unique in that she takes a personal interest. I communicate my needs on a weekly basis and together we have really stayed on top of things. That is a first for me, the other companies never had the same person call me twice. Nancy may not have a magic wand but she has worked closely with me and honestly with her staff to do a great job for my relative in this house. I've had this company for months now and able to finally take a 5 day trip confident that my relative will be safe and cared for, things will be done right while I am away. This company is just awful. The person you have to deal with, Nancy Barber, came to the house in a miniskirt that barely covered her private parts. This is a woman in her 70's at least. She cannot keep up with the schedule, who is working for her, and what is needed by the client. She lies her way through the whole process. Specifically, we needed certain documentation for insurance purposes which we always tell anyone who is providing services. She had no knowledge of it and when I reminded her, she did not understand her own company's forms. The forms require three signatures, and she couldn't understand why I insisted that we had to have all three signatures. We also were not happy with one of the caregivers and had expressed that in witiing. She said we never told her, and when I showed her the written conversation, she just said that she saw it with no apology. I contacted her supervisor, Todd Bagatelas, who never even bothered to return my request. She then came to the house to fill the paperwork out herself, and had the nerve to tell me that she was there to fill out the paperwork and that her supervisor told her to pick up a payment otherwise they would terminate service with us. I told her that we were done with her and her company anyway, so no payment would be made without all the signatures. One signature was from the caregiver. She sent the caregiver out to sign and told the caregiver that she had to come to our house immediately otherwise she wouldn't be paid. Really terrible to treat your employees that way. I am a business woman who has two Master's degrees and have never had to deal or even hear of such an unprofessional group of people.
