Dr. Kozlow and the staff are excellent! I have had only positive interaction with the entire staff of receptionists, nurses, and doctors. Highly recommended!

My 4 year old has been with this office for two years. We have had them cancel two appointments last minute, waited up to an hour past our appointment times, had them mess up her prescriptions consistently. This week I called to schedule an appointment and was told there was only one opening for her doctor, that the doctor is leaving and they have no further information. I take the appt and request refills. They sent in 1 of 3 and denied the other two. I called and was told by the nurse that they would only do a 30 day refill before her appointment in 2 weeks. I explained that our insurance would only cover 90 day supplies, to which she responded, "I can't help that, not my problem.". The price difference is over $100 more for non-insured 30 day supply. Again, not her problem. Please seek a higher quality office where they actually care about their patients.

The nurses are nice and the doctor we saw was nice enough but it seemed she had better things to do than answer our questions. We went a total of three times and every time she rushed out the door in the middle of answering my questions.

The doctors are good, the allergy shot nurses are great, but the reception staff is incredibly rude. I'm in college and it is an epic struggle to get new vials of my allergy serum. It's not unusual for a call to them to devolve into a yelling match, but an office visit goes smoothly and pleasantly. Go figure.
