Dr. Yip- I give 5 stars. He is professional, yet caring. Vast knowledge and a good communicator. Exactly what I expect from a doctor who sees patients bedside. He takes the time to educate his patients and their parents, answer any questions and consider their concerns. - I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shot station. It could be ran with a little more enthusiasm and care. It feels more like jumping in a factory line.

It almost sounds like I go to a different office based on some of these other reviews! I've had a great experience at the ashes drive office. Dr Feldman is very engaged, inquisitive, and a great listener - all qualities I value highly in a doctor. We got to the bottom of some irregularities I'd had in past testing at other offices, and I'm now getting shots for treatment. This is a busy office, but in my experience is always efficient, and their online patient portal for payment & document viewing is a great utility all Drs should have.

I've had a horrible experience with the ashes dr office. They were unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. I was given multiple shots in a painful manner. When I had to switch doctors due to moving, I asked them to fax over my records. Of which they only faxed over half causing problems within my new doctor's office. Whenever you would ask a question, if it wasn't under their scope of practice they would get incredibly rude instead of trying to help you professionally to find an answer. I would not recommend this office.

I'm very impressed with the service I received and the professional treatment by the physician.

After having to go to the emergency room due to severe allergic reactions, I was referred to Allergy Partners of Coastal Carolina for testing to find the cause of these reactions. I was also experiencing Hives which I could not pinpoint the cause. I scheduled an appointment which I had to wait almost two months for and when the day came I was more than disappointed and angry. I arrived to what appeared to be an unorganized receptionist who almost turned me away because she thought they didn't accept my insurance, which they do, then preceded to wait an 1:45 mins to be taken to a room. The doctor came in and asked a few questions but didn't seem to really be listening to me, he kept saying "ok" "ok" over what I was saying. Then he told me that there was nothing he could do for me because Hives are untreatable and 85% of people get them. He went on to tell me that it sounded like I had it under control although I had such serve instances to need to go to the emergency room. He never even tested me because he said I didn't need it. I went all that week un-medicated and uncomfortable to be allergy tested and they didn't even do the test. I paid $35 for their doctor to tell me he couldn't treat me and that he thought I could handle it. I will not be going back there EVER!!
