The office management Team definitely needs more training in Customer Service !!!! Ms. Theresa Culbreth was very RUDE and disrespectful!!!! How can you penalize the customer for an office error on information they gave out and payments????

"I met Dr. Freccia when my son had allergy issues, Then I went in to anaphylactic shock 3 nights in a row. So I ended up seeing him. my allergy issues are unusually complicated. Dr. Freccia has literally saved my life. He is one of the best doctors !" I don't think many could handle my rare situation . He shows me a mutual respect and understanding every visit.

Update: Still great experience here on follow up appt & weekly allergy shots for the past 6+ months. The treatment and care my son has received has helped him greatly. I highly recommend this practice. Great experience on first visit here! Dr. Freccia and his staff provided excellent care to my son. The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. They were thorough in consultation, explaining testing and results fully, as well ad billing and policies. While we were in the clinic a total of an hour and a half, I feel that was adequate for the services provided, and well managed and comfortable even with a 3 year old in tow;) Dr. Freccia's nurse was wonderful with both my son and young daughter who accompanied us to the appointment. About halfway through the consultation, she brought in suckers and stickers for them:) This kept them happy through the remainder of the visit. Great experience from check-in to check-out.

Be prepared to be treated like cattle. You will be nothing more to them than a number that they can bill. I showed up five minutes late after driving an hour one way to get there and was turned away. I told them I come every week. They didn't not care. They never noticed I never came back. I would think a doctor would care to make sure there patients were good. NOPE not here. When a patient stop coming abruptly you may want to find out why. I know with my business I pay attention to my customers. And when there is a change I know about it.
