Allergy Partners of Raleigh

Terrible experience with the shot clinic & general management of this office. Switched from Allergy Partners on Lake Drive (great experience there for many years) only because I moved to Wake Forest and Durant is closer. I had constant issues getting my vials ordered on time until they recommended that I transfer to their office so that they could order my vials directly. This was in July - and I established myself with their office in October as recommended. As of the middle of January (after 5 weeks of being told that the situation would be fixed ASAP) they still had not coordinated moving my vials to their office....which I didn’t find out until I arrived for my shot. I requested to speak to an office manager and a week later I didn’t get a call from an office manager or a doctor to help resolve the issue. Instead I got a call from the shot clinic asking me to explain a situation that had been going on for more than 6 months. They took no accountability or responsibility and were offended by my anger with the situation (lots of money lost having to keep going backwards with injections and lost time from work). Today I received a letter that I’m being discharged from the practice. Do not make the mistake of thinking Allergy Partners different offices will communicate with each other - they share a name but have no affiliation with each other. I would have been much better off just sticking with Allergy Partners on Lake Drive and dealing with the drive.

Allergy Partners of Raleigh has been great. The Dr. really listen to your concerns and will help you to come up with a game plan!!! My daughter has asthma and we have been using nebulizers almost on a weekly basis. once we were seen with Allergy Partners we haven't used the nebulizer in a while maybe twice within the past 6 months!!! My daughter is 8 and has so much respect for the Dr. She will tell you that it is because of them she is able to run and breath without having to use Albuterol!!! The whole office is just amazing!!

I am very disappointed with the shot clinic, I have very bad hives and get monthly injections, which prevents the hives. I was due for an injection the week of Christmas and the clinic never received the drug. I called the clinic and Walgreens Speciality Pharmacy multiple times over the past month and got the run around from both. It has been 2 months since my last injection, and had to speak with the supervisor of both companies to finally get results. The nurses at the shot clinic seemed to be bothered every time I called and was told "not to worry about it", obviously they have never had to live with lives!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Dr.Baines. When speaking to her about my allergies she treated me like I was a child almost. I found her very unhelpful and almost rude.

Dr. Mankad has been fantastic and the shot clinic very accommodating. I appreciate them so much.
