Allergy Partners of Western North Carolina

I have been gong here for several years. I have only seen Dr. Copenhaver, so I can't comment on ask the Drs. I have spoken with other Drs on the phone when Dr C was not available. From the staff to the Drs that I have had experiences with, everyone has been very helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommend Dr Copenhaver!

My wife and I have been patients of Allergy Partners in Hendersonville for 15 years. The front desk staff is excellent at providing friendly and courteous customer service. Our doctor Cypcar has done an outstanding job taking care of our allergy problems. I also think the shot nurses nurses do a wonderful job.

The ladie at the front desk was really rude. I had been seen by a Great Doctor but Once the visit which lasted over an hour and half was over. I went to check out and knew I had insurance and asked the nurse to double check my account and she charges me 140.00 out of pocket. Which was rude when I went to ask her why the bill was so much Being I was insured. She argused against me and I just paid it and went out the door. The following week for my allergie shots I was told I was over charged and they credited my account. So they made it right.

This was one of the worst doctor's experiences in my. My wife and I were not helped in any way, but most frustrating is the lack of communication in billing. The billing department led us to believe our visit was covered by insurance and then billed us for the full amount, which was outrageous considering that we were there for 5 minutes and gained nothing by our visit. After expressing this concern, we then received a bill for an even higher amount. Steer clear of the place!
