Dr. Kincaid was great, but their follow up is horrible. They canceled my next appointment and are now trying to double bill me with interest. I made my payment and I have two items of proof of my payment, but they are now trying to double charge me and they're adding interest. Avoid Alliance at all cost pun intended!!!

The doctors are always so nice to me and never make me feel awkward. They went above and beyond to help figure out what was going on and what the best way to counteract it was. It’s never a bad experience when I go there.

Worst customer service ever. Billing department is a joke and you will have to handle a lot of it on your own. If you bring this up to their receptionist they will just laugh at your face. I have no issues with the doctor that I was seeing but I am no longer returning as a patient because of their poor customer service.

Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Extremely caring staff. Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful physicians and kind staff. I have a rare skin disorder and it's difficult for me to find healthcare providers that are equipped to properly care for me. I appreciate the physicians here.
