As I sat in my car a bit nervous about locating my disfinctional automobile, I missed my Papa Juan, who would have chastised me for being scared of the location. He would have gratefully shook Richard's hand as I with respect and appreciation for helping me with my car retrieval. For fair and reasonable prices/service confidently backed with a handful of quotes. I think my Popa would have also commented approvingly of the antique alleyway feel of the office. Even the bathroom door had a bit of antique welcoming charm, although I cannot recall why, the sign perhaps. And my host Richard, the charm of a retired grampa version of my favorite childhood sitcome character Mr. Ricardo. Aka I love Lucy hubby for ya inta peeps to Google. Thank you for the pleasant conversation, Richard, while you helped me settle up.
Very friendly and helpful. It is terrible what they have to do but it is not their fault it is the owners of the cars fault and they are very friendly when getting you back your car. They went easy on the price of the bill for my friend and they had no problem getting her car started for her they didn't even charge her the 25$ jump fee. The first time they took her car they also gave her a nice lady disc. Thank you. My friend was really going through some rough times and there are so few people in this world who take the time to care any more. Since then my friend has passed away and you were the last business she had to deal with thank you for giving here a little good for the rest of the world I. Her last days. You never know how you might touch a person in need until all is said and done. Again thank you.
I don't believe they want or need more business based on the way the owner spoke this morning when I called to confirm a tow time. He falsely accused me of patronizing him and trying to get a free tow. I can not recommend them based on customer service.
Very helpful, Gabriel & his Father the owner are legit. They are by the book legally but they will help with getting your car back at a fair price.
Absolutely terrible. I've been hung up on. Then when I show up the owner berates me and my partner saying I don't have the right paperwork and to get off his property. He had to brag about being an officer like he was better than us, then yells at us for wasting his time while I actually do have the correct paperwork and he wouldn't just take a look.
My wife and I went for an early morning hike a few days ago, and left our newer car parked on the side of the road, which was perfectly legal. Our car was missing when we returned back to where we left it a few hours later. We called the police and were told that Alliance Towing had reported it as an abandoned vehicle and towed it away. There was no police involvement and the police said that it was a private tow. I called the tow company and spoke with an extremely rude gentleman who told me that we owed them $105 for the tow, and $15 for a day of storage. He refused to comment on why they took the car and was a complete a**hole. We ended up leaving the car for an additional day because of time constraints, which we were told would cost $15 more, however the next day, my wife went on-site and he tried to charge us for four days of storage, which came to $165. I called and asked him what the additional charges were for, and he really stuck to his guns on trying to charge us for four days. I finally told him that I was going to demand my car back and not pay him a dime, due to his shady practices and bad attitude. He threatened collections, and even said to come down there so he could kick my a**. These kinds of people are thieves who use legal loopholes and intimidation to extort people and take possession of their cars. I later found out that he filed for an abandoned vehicle title that was three days earlier than the date he reported picking it up. Someone should put these idiots out of business before they try and pull this on the wrong person and make a big mess for themselves.
I called to see how much a tow fee was and got cussed out like really is that how u run a company
I called this company due to a letter I received in the mail, before I was even to give any information about myself or my vehicle I had a man speak very aggressively to me as though he knew my situation like I said before I was even able to give ANY information at all. He didn't even allowed me to speak. Prettt sure this is a scam somehow because the information I received from the DMV doesn't even work and I had to do my own searching. I am reporting. this company. Be careful.
These people are disgusting and rude. They trashed our vehicle. They were so disrespectful to my poor elder parents. In the attendant’s words, “We aren’t friends, this is business.” No one was asking to be friends, just for you to act like a normal, respectable human being at your place of employment. RUN away from these people. ZERO stars.
This is a very bad experience. I work for a company where I assist clients in doing social activities and communication. I called to try to get information about a clients car. When I was on unable to give the operator the right information, he diverted to name calling me. He called me brain-dead. I asked for a manager and I was told no , I was called brain dead again. Probably at least five times. The man that answered the phone was working on Thursday morning around 8:40 AM. He said his name was Mickey. This is a very sad and unprofessional representative for the company. I hope to be able to talk to the manager soon to be able to get into car the car. Thank you
