The guys at the Jersey City store were fantastic. We had to redo our office and they provided us with the knowledge on what materials to use to get the job done. The kids are happy and the office looks great.
Worst customer service. I leave messages for my sales rep. Never calls back and doesn’t follow up. Waiting for product for months. Never shipped what I needed on my last shipment. I feel like I’m never getting into my house. I will never never use them again once I am done. I have spent over 20k there and I am treated like garbage.
Place and employees are great, feels like they really care that you get what you need and fast. Guys inside handle you with respect and knowledge of the products they carry. If they don’t have what you went for, they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. You will not be disappointed!!!
much improvement needed, Put The Saro brothers in charge. You have the talent but you are too corporate. The Saro Brothers could double sales. They should be training counter people. You also need to get your people on the roof so the understand the products

The admin was rude . did not understand what I was asking and just saying his own damn thing .Improper record keeps.
