Application process was long the first time, and they were courteous. Second time the process was faster. I missed one payment and although I made arrangements they fell entitled to withdraw a much higher amount without notice from my bank account. I had read a review that is is something they do in other locations (random withdrawals or different amounts), but it seems it is a practice across the company. Do not borrow money from dishonest merchants like this one. I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency in VA.

The best manners, courteous, skilled, and top notch ever!!!!  They know how to conduct business, and you get your money right then and there!!!  I'll continue to go here because I like them a lot!
