PJ and Sharon were very friendly! I needed a place urgently and these two made it happen in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this storage facility to anybody in the market for one.

Sharon and PJ are an amazing team. Not only do they inform you of the many options they have but they ask you to share with them your situation so they can give you their professional advice. They were so great to work with and we are happy to not only have found great pricing and we compared, not only cause they have a truck available for you to use but more importantly to have folks happily working and building relationship with their community. Very happy to continue using them. This is our third time and we are still very happy.

I rented a storage unit from Sharon and PJ for 2+ years and only recently ended my rental, not needing it anymore. They were always very personable and friendly, my unit as well as the entire facility were very clean, and the price was very reasonable!. I never had any issues with bugs, smells, or anything and was very happy with my rental. I would not go anywhere else if I ever needed a unit again.

Great storage facility have previously used a storage unit here and came back to do business again when I needed a storage unit because I remembered how great PJ and Sharon are and trust them truly great people!

I've never owned a storage unit before now but PJ and Sharon both helped me immensely with all of the details offered me a tour, suggested which locks were best, and now I have all of my things in the unit that I needed and it fit perfectly no wasted space and no worries! They got me on a great deal and were very helpful through the entire process and every time I go there they are wonderful, with great positive attitudes! Absolutely the BEST customer service experience I have ever had at a storage facility. PJ was informative, personal and very helpful- and such a great personality. This place is hands down, for the price and customer service, the best option in Hampton roads. Don't waste your time- head over and visit PJ today!

Sharon is an incredible person. I have a unit there which is clean and safe and easily accessible. My card expired and I really appreciate that Sharon spent time contacting me in a timely manner so I wouldn’t incur late fees or penalties. They could’ve just sent an e-mail and waited until I noticed. Thank you Sharon for your customer service.

I've had some units at this location for about 2 years now. From the start PJ & Sharon have been friendly, helpful and seem to take good care of the grounds. I recently had to change some things over and needed their help. Not only did they accommodate but they did so with a smile and went above n beyond. If you need storage in the area I definitely recommend
