Allstar Movers

I would not recommend Allstar movers to anyone. The movers they sent to my move were older than i was and i felt like i had to help them, even after i told them i had large heavy over sized items that's what they sent me. I felt bad for one of the movers because he was doing all the work. Also i was quoted for a minimum of 3 hours and Doug made me believe that they would be able to move in that time frame. I understand that they can not guarantee anything but my move was grossly misled. My move took 7 hours with 2 people. If Doug would have told me that it was going to take that long i would have asked for the 3 man crew not just 2. They would not take any accountability for anything and just kept telling me that they would never tell me that when in fact that is exactly what was said, and im talking about the misrepresentation of the services being provided and the time that it would take.

I loved the movers. Very friendly guys. 4 stars only because the trip fee is steep. I enjoyed everything and everyone else!
