I have truly enjoyed my experience with Frank as my Allstate agent. When we were in a collision they were able to help us Through the process. We had a car rental for a full month. And the repairs to our vehicle were fixed. And being able to work with them in both English and in Spanish has helped out a lot.

Have been a Home and Auto insurance policy holder for years. My wife recently had an accident where the other driver was at fault. We have had to make numerous call to Allstate for help and we kept getting conflicting directions. We were promised to get calls back by an insurance adjuster and it never happened…. The entire process has been unpleasant and as a result we will be looking for a different insurance provider. For anyone reading the review I’d recommend you’d do the same. Frank - Thank you for looking into it, and for personally reaching out. We are looking forward hearing back from the claims department at some point.

It's unfortunate that the Old agent set the bar so high... This office isn't helpful, they don't know how to do their job they don't call anyone back. The best thing this office could do is find Janet... Good bye Allstate you will no longer have my business

i have always appreciated allstate and what they do for me but today i have to say that an agent i worked with for an conflicting issue with my insurance and my mortgage company went above and beyond. she called the mortgage company with me on the line and delivered an amazing service in solving the issue. Thank you Evelyn Ortiz, you’re a life saver!

This agency was supposed to cancel my homeowners policy due to poor service. Not only was it not canceled they kept double charging my mortgage company which made my mortgage higher. Instead of correcting the problem, they kept calling and harassing me for payment of premium that should never have been owed. Update: That being said, I spoke with Frank and he was very cordial and professional. He has plans to run his agency with class and ethics! He remedied my situation and even though I still experienced a rude agent, I might consider coming back...

This agency has been very good to me… they are always upfront & professional….questions are answered directly, no issue for me I appreciate the non sugarcoating responses…I would recommend this agency to others including my family….I’m very satisfied with the service provided…..
