I had a relatively good experience with this insurance agency. They have always been quick to answer my calls when I had questions and could easily help me with educated and good answers. Alina #1!!!

Best insurance agent I have ever worked with. Will work with you no matter your situation and give you best advice on what needs it be done. Very easy person to speak with frilly cares about customers. Raisa and Alina are truly amazing.

Excellent staff. Pleasant and happy. Always provide solutions to my issues and take my concerns quite seriously. I've been with them for over a decade. They always offer best value and satisfaction when compared to other auto insurance companies that i regularly check against. Very very satisfied with the service and value. And all this is because of my local Allstate office in Brooklyn NY, Raisa Mikhlina and staff, keep up the excellent work!

Raisa's office was very helpful in getting my house insured at the right price. And when I need renovation they helped me to adjust my insurance accordingly to cover my new needs. They return your calls and emails promptly and they speak both English and Russian which can be very helpful. And of course I love Allstate - a really caring and easy to deal-with company. Now I have to find out if they insure my cat. They probably would! :

The most unprofessional office i have dealt with. My review is specific to Alina who works there. We have been with them for a few years and I really just can't comprehend the lack of professionalism this individual has. She does not respond to emails, phone calls, messages etc. I have called her four times in one week and emailed her and she has yet to get back to me regarding a simple request: to cancel our policy with their office. She answers the phone and always has a sorry/poor excuse of why she can't talk and then you never hear from her again. I would NEVER recommend someone here. This is not the first time this has occurred. She also screwed up our car insurance policy last year and i had to have someone else in the office fix her many errors. If you don't know how to do your job or simply don't want to then please be respectful enough to not take on clients and waste their time. Just to be clear, the only reason this place has one star from me is because it was required in order for me to post it.

Raisa is knowledgeable and helpful professional. I have my policies more than 10 yr and insured leased cars, purchased cars, apartments, houses, etc. Raisa and Alina provided best rates on market, help in any situations, take care you and your business properly. Personally, I recommend this Agency.

Horrible Customer service !!! Raisa and Allstate do not build relationships with clients or former clients. Communication is key whether you or Allstate intend to keep any clients or get new ones. I had an issue with a policy that occured in 2015 and it was not until today that I was informed of this issue!! Not one phone call, voicemail or email was received since 2015!!! We are talking about a 4 year gap in communication. This is absolutely unacceptable!! I do not recommend anyone do business with her or Allstate. None of the Allstate representatives I dealt with were helpful at all.

Raisa Mikhlina was awesome. She was easy going and respectful. After searching around for auto insurance with all different companies, she got me the best price for my vehicle.

They offered me a deal that literally saved me hundreds on my car insurance policy and they are very easy to talk to/deal with. Overall a great service and I would recommend 10/10
