Amazing friendly staff! They really make you feel at home! Love these guys! Got me the best policy too!

My mother has been a customer for over 25 years and never had a claim. Today, there was a leak in the bathroom and the only thing Allstate was willing to cover was paint, less than the deductible. Screw you Allstate you just lost multiple customers.

the worst place you can go to solve a problem related to all state is a false respect you are people far from helping what they do is justify the mistakes of their agents and make you pay more Mr. Gonzales ended up yelling at me and disrespecting, all for not recognizing that he was the fault of the company, if you want to fix your problem calmly this is not the place
