It happened 5th time already. When they promise call back, but never called. They make own customers like that they don’t have time for them.
Amazing. All, and I do mean ALL, the agents at Timothy Brown's agency are not only helpful, but compassionate and I will never want to go to any other insurance again. Phone calls and emails are always pleasant, everything that I need to do is explained thoroughly, and I have never had a problem in the last 2 years.
