Allstate Insurance: Valerie Muldez

I love working with Muldez Allstate Agent ! I have always had great customer service and great rates for my needs for insurance. They go above and beyond for their customers. The agents are always there to help me and it doesn't matter what time . Kudos to Danette and Nikki I love them both .I recommend them very much. My friends and family have moved with them because of there great customer service.

I should have read the reviews first. The reviews say it all. I called and emailed on multiple occasions with no correct answer. I didn't take the insurance test to get licensed, so you would think they would educate their customers. Val Muldez was Cc'd on emails from her own staff and she never contacted me to see how the issue could be resolved. Instead, I felt like she sat behind her desk eating popcorn reading our emails watching us go back and forth. Very unprofessional staff from beginning to end. The 5 stars Val has for her business is from her staff, family and friends. JOKE

Would give zero stars if possible. Val is incredibly unprofessional and condescending. Hung up on me TWICE while attempting to cancel a policy. Can't believe Allstate still allows her to represent them.

I love this Allstate office! I have always had great customer service and great rates for my autos and my homeowners insurance. They go above and beyond for their customers. Kudos to Val Muldez and Danette Gabaldon! I recommend them very much.

The Muldez Agency left us uninsured and took no proactive steps to protect us. We have been insured with Allstate for more than a decade and have numerous active policies. We have never had a concern with any policy or agent until this experience. My impression was that of an agent who was inexperienced and/or ill equipped to problem solve and find solutions. Our policy with this agency is cancelled and we have located a different agent to attend to our policy needs. Beware with this agent you may not be in "good hands".

If possible I would rate these horrible business people and office negatively. We had 2 houses, 5 vehicles and 2 motorcycles insured here and every single time any type of communication was needed it was an absolute nightmare. How they stay in business is absolutely astonishing to me. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!

I've been with this branch over 15 years and the customer service has been absolutely fantastic.
