Hey William!  It's insurance renewal time and I have questions about my policy. You didn't respond to my first email, let me send you another- to the general office e-mail this time.  Hmmm- you're still ignoring me- I think I better shop around.  Safeco is $100 cheaper so guess what- I'm cancelling my renewal with you, but because of your slackness you did save me money!  Oh yes- one another thing- I'm looking at the 5 star reviews here and I recognize one of the names- an employee.  Did you not learn Ethics 101?

I have been with Allstate insurance since 1975 first when I lived in Northbrook. Illinois which is the home headquarters of Allstate. The company has great customer service and I have never had any issues with any claims. The company has always been quick to respond to the claims and taken care of them in a timely manner. I highly recommend Allstate as a Insurance company for your Car insurance and home insurance as well as life insurance.?
