I have used their wireless service for years and was very satisfied with the service.

They are the only provider in my area and have recently gotten slower and slower when it is working and thats probably only 15% or so of the time. They know they are the only ones folks in my area can go through for internet and they use that to their advantage. Called about a problem and was told "high traffic on your tower is the issue try what you wanted to do during low traffic hours". If they know what the problem is why not fix it?! Not to mention the fact that during so called "low traffic hours" the most we get is 2mbps with mostly triple digit ping times! STAY AWAY FROM ALLURETECH
