I would have to say that this is the the best place to go for individual, personalized, fun, and professional PT. I was treated as a person and not just a body. The staff are professional, educated, approachable, and fun. When I was struggling, I was cared for emotionally as well as making the necessary changes in my treatment. Even though they are a small office at this location, they have everything they need to treat a variety of needs. K at the front desk was always welcoming and friendly, Dr. M was amazing throughout. I will definitely be recommending this place in the forever future. They have multiple locations now too. I encourage everyone to go check them out.

I would like to thank the staff at Ally in Livonia for getting me back on my feet. My problem was with an Achilles tendon. Kelly was my therapist. She is very friendly and made my experience enjoyable. My wife Recommended Ally to me after her knee surgery, she had a great experience with them has well. Her therapist was Gomathi. She was a great match who worked with kindness and confidence. If you need physical therapy we highly recommend Ally Physical therapy.

I had an amazing experience at Ally. The lower back problem that they solved for me unsolved by 2 other PT businesses was assessed and explained to me perfectly in the first 5 minutes, then we immediately went to work. They have a noticeably clean facility, ideal equipment, and a wonderful staff. The fact that the owner is a funny, joyous, and caring guy who is excellent at what he does and committed to your relief is just the cherry on top that made me look forward to my appointment every week.

Ally Physical Therapy is an AWESOME Facility! I just finished my rehab treatment due to lower back pain last month and because of the Excellent Staff which includes, Dr. Mansi, my P.T. Kelly, I feel 100% better; free of pain. They are Miracle Workers! Very patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I came to Ally after knee surgery. I could not feel happier with my experience. I loved the personal, and private care I received . Prior to surgery I had been receiving therapy at a different place, where everyone is in the same large room. I felt very well cared for from the Doctor, who monitored my care, to my therapist, and even the front desk that took good care of my scheduling! I am done now and on with my life! Thank you!

From the first phone call to set up my appointment to the moment I ended my therapy, healed and grateful, I was greeted with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism. My doctor, Mansi Shah, met with me and spent much time patiently evaluating my condition while answering my many questions. Her diagnosis was exactly in agreement with my doctor, and she proceeded to set up a program to meet my needs. She introduced me to my therapist, Kelly, who proceeded to guide me through numerous exercises to strengthen my core muscles that were responsible for my pain. During this whole regimented program, Kelly was friendly, helpful, and very patient with me. I knew she loved her profession. Everyone in the office was cheerful and respectful not only to clients but to each other as well. I can't say enough good about the entire staff. None can compare to Ally Physical Therapy in Livonia. The office is not only warm and friendly, it is clean and personable where each client's privacy is honored.

So glad I found Ally PT. After years of dealing with knee issues, they were able to figure out what was bothering me. They did a great job of explaining everything, from how my insurance would cover things to the physical issues I was experiencing and how certain exercises would help strengthen needed areas. You can tell that they care about their patients and I would definitely use them again for physical therapy.

Ally physical therapy is the best! They changed my life. I came in there with two injuries at the same time and they worked with me 4 times a week, two sessions a week for my arm and two for my back. I had back problems before that injury and they helped me so much it felt better than before. Over a year after going there, I’m still doing great!

Mehul and his team were outstanding! I walked into their office in September after a very serious ankle replacement procedure from four months previous. Not only was I given the finest in individual hands-on therapy, but I am still receiving instruction for my personal gym routines.
