I'm not one to leave reviews often, but I thought my experience was worth mentioning. My 15 year old cat Cookie had an aggressive cancer and I called to make an appointment to assess her quality of life. They were able to fit me in the next day due to a cancelation. I had to make the very difficult decision to put my old girl down. Dr. Kelly was absolutely amazing, she comforted me and made decision much easier. When I left she even came out to my car to give me the biggest hug. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the love I felt in that hug. I also wanted to mention the vet tech, I'm sorry I can't remember her name. It meant a lot to me seeing how upset she was for me and Cookie. I will for sure return to this office if I get another animal. The compassion they showed me will stay with me for a long time.
Aloha Affordable’s vets and team members in the clinic are wonderful! I started taking my dog here a couple years ago and they always provide kindness to my pup and honest feedback. I never feel like they are trying to overcharge me, as I've experienced in the past at other vet offices. I would absolutely recommend them to furry friends! I just wish they had weekend hours for emergencies.
The Aloha Affordable staff is awesome & we're very happy with the appointment availability and your recommendations for our pup's care. We can't wait for Covid restrictions to lift so we may return to in-person visits. The best aspect of our visit was the face-to-face summary with Dr. Zunino following the exam.
The staff are welcoming and friendly. I got all my questions answered at today's visit and they were great with my dog. Great experience! The staff helped me harness and calm my dog as she was overly excited at the beginning of the visit.
We just arrived on the island and noticed our pup had severe dental decay. I was able to make a same day appointment. The facility is clean. Staff is friendly and kind to owners and their pets. Our vet took the time to explain what they saw and how one should proceed. Very through. Not rushed. This is not a facility trying to make a quick buck. They obviously love animals and I highly recommend this clinic!
Everyone is so friendly - and I LOVE Dr. Kelly! Dr. Kelly's "bedside manner" with both humans me and Mickey my dog is wonderful, giving us all the time and attention we needed, explaining everything I needed to know.
the people at aloha affordable seem to really care about your pets. everyone was very kind and definitely listened to all my concerns. i’ve been very happy with their services for my two little kitty babies.
Great experience! I got busy in the morning and completely flaked on my appointment. When someone from the office called 10 min after the scheduled appt time, I rushed there and was still seen with understanding. The Vet & staff were gracious and very helpful. The building was clean and appealing and I was SO happy to go inside with my dog! Being able to go inside with my pet was perfect. Curbside is terrible.
The staff is amazing! They have worked with me so much got my pups in quick and we're very friendly with them while caring for them. We had a dog that had parvo and a uterus infection that we had to put down and their kind words meant everything to me they gave me a card when I got her paw print back that made me cry. I couldn't recommend them enough! I will continue my dogs care there as long as we are here on island! Thank you so much for caring for my pups the way that you do! The friendly staff and cheaper than any other vet.
The staff made me and my Max feel comfortable the moment I entered. They clean his teeth and had to remove one and they are beautiful Max is 13. The vet called and informed me how he did and how to continue his care when he goes home very professional. The vet techs run the upper house so at ease . Thanks
