Never thought that I wold live in a trailer even in light of all the bad around this little community it is a bright light in Las Vegas safe quite for most part has all you need in a 4 mile radius cost is very fair and most importantly people mind their business

Been here a for about a year . It’s Clean ,nice quiet neighborhood and Never had any issues . management is great .
She only had one mobile home YES ive notice the Rent became to high for us here in Las Vegas Nevada
Management don't know how to do their job. They don't tell the people that they screw up contracts.
I only went there because I did some free work for an old vet. For all the vets out there hit me up for some free plumbing just giving back a little bit
Very nice community good neighbors !
