Don't know what the 1 star review has to do with Scott's customer service. If I was going to call someone for an install or service, it would be Scott with Alpha Aire, peace of mind knowing that the job is going to be done right. I have used him multiple times for my business. A+++

To Jade Williams with the 1 star rating. How can you complain about customer service if you are not a customer? I remember you typing on your phone while turning the corner from Stonecroft Blvd., coming within 1 foot of my truck. I beeped the horn and got your middle finger and a quick "F--K You". So do not complain about my actions when your actions dictated mine. You are the reason I got angry and when you called to complain and put a mans job at risk when YOU were the one that created the entire incident. You should really get you head checked, Stop being so self absorbed , there is more to this world than that damn texting and your swollen ego.

If this guy is anything like he drives then you are in trouble. Irate Owner who when I tried to call to complain about someone in the companies driving proceeded to curse me out and tell me he was the driver.
Terrible customer service which is the first thing to know about a company. If you have to deal with Scott take your business elsewhere.
