Called in the morning and the service technician was able to come that same day. He troubleshoot the problem and ordered the part. He was very polite and professional neat and clean.

Called at 8am and technician was at my house, fixed my refrigerator and was gone by 9am. Diagnostic fee of $75 is waived if you go ahead with repair. Part prices were the same as online parts warehouses. Labor charges were reasonable. Fast and courteous! Tech even took his shoes off at the door. Will use again.
