Alpha Engraving

We needed last minute engraving on a pair of leather boots for a gift. Every other engraving place in the city that I called told me it couldn’t be done. Barry was so helpful and even completed the work before our deadline. The engravings came out beautifully!! Will definitely be returning for any future engraving needs. Thanks Barry!!

Turn around was quick. Quality work.

Giving them three stars because the shop was very pricey, but the gentleman behind the counter was understanding. I was looking to purchase 9 medals and have them engraved. I asked how much roughly it would cost and I was quoted $10 - $15 per medal, without any engravings on the back, which, according to me, is a lot of cash.

I had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service, great products, quick turn around and very accommodating when I needed a last minute request. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Very helpful with great communication

Went there with my 2015 TCS Marathon medal and they did a terrific job. Was very inexpensive and professional. It was done while I waited too which was extra convenient. I'm a Team For Kids/NYRR member and would recommend their services to everyone. Thumbs up Alpha!!!

Terrible customer service. I called in for a second time to confirm my order and I get a response from a gentleman saying 'I can't talk now miss, what's up' ... This is no way to run a business. You were better off just sending my call to the answering machine. I own a concierge company and I will be sure to never use them again.
