5-star and then some!! ....OK, so I sent in my order, unsure of MY tech-competency skills, and say that I'm nervous and would love to see it before umpteen hunderds of booklets are printed and charged to my CC... Sherry called, saying that she's printed a rudimentary draft for me to review and that she'd arranged her schedule to meet me so that my eyeballs could be on it! In office, the whole team was welcoming and friendly, and made sure I could touch and handle my soon-to-be magazine, asking if I had any question unanswered, etc. SO pleased, we went to print..... .....Jessie sent an email at 5:14pm on a Friday evening that my order had just been received from the shipping company and that if I had any urgent needs before next business day (the following Monday) that they MAY be able to get to the shop that weekend to transfer my delivery to me, personally. .....Um, OK ~ this is a small town of less than 16K people, and Sherry and her team mates live at least in one 20+ minutes burb from 'the shop'. Yep, you guessed it: Personal delivery, personalized smiles & service, personalized EVERYthing about EVERY thing. THIS. ...This is why I keep returning to Sherry and Jessie and the AlphaGraphics local team for my magazine printing. People, product, process. Good on you, team Jackson Hole! I truly appreciate your work. Lynn :) (Oh, PS - the quality of print, color, and stock are GORGEOUS, too!!)
