Whoever this guy is, one do your drivers, needs to be fired immediately. I watched this guy for 3-4 miles and he spent 90% of his time straddling two lanes. I pulled up next to him to see if he was awake or completely ripped out of his mind. Nope… he was heads down in his phone. The guy legit did not look at the road for almost a minute and he was in the fast lane going between 50-80 mph. When he finally heard me honking he looked up almost crashed and pulled over to the slow lane and didn’t take his eyes off the road.

This company has been great over the years and has always been friendly and prompt with their services. However, in July, my office vacated and shut down, and we have called one to two times every single month since then to cancel our account. We have been given the runaround and pushed to multiple people to leave voicemails for and said that we would get a call back and have yet to receive one. I just got charged for my six months of service without them ever even being able to access our property and not one person has called or questioned why or called me back to help me with my cancellation request. While I like the people that service you here, their process to cancel, has been an absolute nightmare situation, and has now cost us thousands of dollars. I wish I could recommend them but at this point my advice is to run and not use this company.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would! We were constantly shorted on ALL linens, and if you ask about it, even to a manager, it takes months or longer to get a response. But NOTHING is ever made right. Our employees never received the number of items they said were issued. Then when we cancelled, they charged an OUTRAGOUS amount for items that were never received. NEVER sign the machine! Go through your Invoice with a fine-tooth comb! Thet are CONSTANTLY charging you for things that don't exist! They will cheat you every chance they get. They have NO integrity! ALOT of times our rugs smelled like mold so badly that you couldn't stand to be in that room! They have THE WORST customer service! ALSCO is the WORST linen company in UTAH!!

Worst customer service, worst management admin, the manager Tyler seems doesn’t care of their business, yelling at their customers, this is absolutely trash management.

This is worst uniform company I have used in nearly 20 years of industry experience. Wrong orders literally weekly, take months for new hire uniforms, constantly charging for items that don’t exist. They say they care and act like they will make it right but nothing ever happens after weeks, months, and literally years. I wish I was exaggerating on these claims but I have the proof. You’re held to an agreement that does nothing except allow them to cheat you without getting competitive service. This company has no integrity and their customer service is awful. Do not ever sign their little machine, ask for a paper invoice and go through it with them line by line to be amazed at how many items they are charging you for that you’re not receiving. Having used all the local uniform companies none are even half as bad as these guys, in Utah I would recommend Aramark, Cintas, Unifirst, or anyone else you can find other than Alsco.

Crummy company. CEO is focused on politics and gun control. Would not do business with them.

Very unhappy with quality and customer service. We took a picture of soiled and torn linen and sent it to our "customer service" rep. He basically told me I was lying that it could not have possibly come to us like that. We consistently have greasy stained linen and bar towels come torn and holey.

If I could give zero stars I would. We are consistently shorted our order and the employees are not professional nor respond to our needs. They shirk responsibility and say someone else will do it. Even the managers do this. Total lack of professionalism and integrity.

The company I work for submitted the request for my uniforms about 2 months ago. 2 MONTHS! And as of today I still haven't got them. No serious company can be this slow and inefficient.

The owner/ceo of Alsco Inc. makes polictical ads to usurp the Bill of Rights, the fundamental rights of the people, and then wants my business. Ya no way!
