Alta Healthy Cafe

This is a little hidden gem and is one if the better Chinese restaurants on the Eastside. Although it has an interesting name and is tucked inside The Totem Lake Hotel, it is a must try. I've tried a number of dishes and liked all of them so far. The food has lots of flavor and isn't greasy. My favorites so far are the chicken cashew and pepper fish (this one is spicy, but delicious). The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean with a cute design that is warm and inviting!

Hidden little secret for fantastic food right there in Totem Lake. Don't let the location fool you! YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Don't wait any longer. This place is Totem Lakes culinary jackpot for flavor! We've been going once a week since we found it! SO Good!

Great food, came to the table very hot and fresh. The cup of soup is a full meal. Loved the fried tofu.

The food is healthier than a regular Chinese restaurant but it's still pretty oily and salty. Tastes pretty good though.
