Altar'd State

Altard state is an amazing company, they have a flyer with their employee benefits and mission for you to look at. This store has made an effort to really spruce it up. I looked at previous pictures and fell more impressed.

Cute clothes but I wouldn’t apply to work here. They make you go through like 3 interviews to pick someone they decided in one. A waste!

I’ve worked for this company for two years and have loved every minute of it. They’ve grown me so much and really truly care about their employees and their personal and professional growth. Fortunately, there are things that aren’t tolerated like showing up to work drunk/high or constant calling out to go party with friends but I feel that any employer would do what was best for their business in regards to those actions. As a responsible employee I’ve adored working here. My mom is currently suffering from terminal cancer and they’ve been so accommodating with making sure I spend time with my family and have a true work life balance. The free therapy the company provides to all its associates has really helped me work through the grief process as well.

WORST PLACE to work, tells you they care about your mental health and will be understanding, they aren't. The schedule is changed literally in the middle of the week and nobody will let you know. And when you can't come they ar won't understanding which they said they would be I literally watched several people leave for the same management issues. Clothes are cheaply made and the store is always chaotic. Not only do I not work there I will not shop there anymore.

One of my favorite stores of all time! Think if the city of Nashville had it's own clothing line not the rhinestone rockabilly part, but the southern lace look. Always smells amazing, extremely friendly staff, well organized.

MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS THAN OTHER STORES IN THE PROMENADE!!! SKIP INDIGO AND BLU SPERO AND URBAN OUTFITTERS AND COME HERE FOR GOOD DEALS, GOOD CLOTHES, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, AND GREAT SERVICE!!! BEST STORE I HAVE BEEN TO!!

This store is great! Found lots of things for my daughter and started myChristmas shopping. Ava Garcia was so helpful can hardly wait to go back and shop with her. Very knowledgeable of merchandise and how to mix and match it!
