My elderly mother was left WITHOUT CARE all weekend!!! So sick to my stomach about this. No one to call on the weekends!! They say on call 24/7. Its a LIE. My elderly dad was forced to change, dress and and shower my mom. medicair will pay almost 9k per month for nursing home...poor care there. Elderly left in filth all day. Medicare WONT pay for more than 20hr a week for home care. Even with the minimal contract, there is no hope if the staff dont show up. SCARY!!!! Me and my siblings live 1300 miles away from my parents and just needed some peace of mind to keep them healthy and safe in their own home. Just learned that this company changed over to coastal care! Still noone to call!!!!!
