The pricing was on point, the customer service was excellent, and everyone in the process was professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Fantastic company to work with! In an industry where it is very difficult to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, AWS stands above the rest in doing so. They are always friendly and provide timely service, with great customer service to go along with it. If you are looking for permanent trash service or temporary construction hauling, use AWS, you will not find anyone better.
I was in a bind and AWS came to my rescue. It's a very professional company. The sales department and the drivers were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend AWS, and they'll meet your needs.
I would not, to my worst competitor, recommend this company. Not only do they lack professionalism, but are extremely rude, and in my opinion, pulled our container because they could make more revenue else where and because I refused to speak to a very rude person within their accounting dept. This is simply my opinion, but when they claimed they did not receive our check, and I attempted to pay on line, that service was not available, and offered to mail another check and asked if they could take payment on line, they simply pulled the containers. Another check mailed at the same time reached it's destination without problem. In retaliation of my review of their business, their co-founder reviewed our business of which she has never been a customer. And, when I asked another co-owner for any invoices they showed us owing, I didn't receive those until over 2 months later from an attorney when they could have simply replied to my email and forwarded same. Very unprofessional.
We have had many commercial trash services over the years. By far, we believe AWS is the best. So very glad that they call on us, they are on time, every time, the driver is very nice and corporative and they have very competitive rates. Thank you AWS!
Another check off my list! Hired Alternative Waste Solutions during our build out of our salon and every time, “perfection!”. Sales rep, Heather Dinsmore was very professional, informative and helpful about providing me with dumpster info and suggestions on which dumpster to use during the different phases of construction. Prices was the best around and that’s very important to me as a small business owner. We had one dumpster over flow and the driver did not hesitate to pack it all down and even picked up any debris from the surrounding area of the dumpster before he hauled it off. I would definitely recommend AWS to everyone one I know. Keep up the great work.
I changed from a competing waste company to AWS Alternative Waste Solutions. OMG, what a difference. Pricing was competitive, but the real difference is in the customer service experience! These people are the real deal and actually care about their customers. I will recommend this company to ANYONE!!
