I would give more then five stars if I could! I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting braces! Dr Smith is amazing and so is his staff! Dr smith goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are comfortable and have the smoothest journey to having straight teeth. He always told me that comfort is the number one priority and anyone with braces knows that this is crucial because having braces can be painful but not with Dr. Smith! He is a super nice man that definitely knows what he is talking about and the staff is amazing, they are very understanding about rescheduling appointments and late payments! I have been able to reschedule literally the day of and did not get charged whereas other places do have a rescheduling fee. Appointments are super hassle free and extremely quick if you come at your given appointment time. I am in and out within thirty mins max, this is super nice for anyone who has a busy life. Overall amazing place, 10/10 would recommend to a friend:

I love love love this office everyone is so friendly and kind. I left doctor Alvin Smith office and moved out of state and move back and they treated us as if we never left. The staff is just amazing!!

At the age of 40 years young, just a few years ago, I was advised to get braces! While totally frustrated with the timing of this need, I selected Dr. Alvin Smith. My experience was professional, courteous and completed as projected. Dr. Smith is a native son that we can be proud of and proud to do business with. He has treated generations in families with great success! As I more recently visited the state of the art office, with my daughter for an emergency appointment, the doctor was accommodating, patient and diligent even on a Saturday. Giving New Orleanians something to SMILE about, Thank You, Dr. Smith!

Today I visited Dr. smith's office after having been in treatment for 1 year. My treatment is actually finishing earlier than I expected. The staff and Dr. Smith were are professional, and I would recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
