I had 2 appointments there today. First one at 10am to see the doctor. Second appt. at 11am with nutritionist. I was finished and out before 11:30am. Everyone was pleasant and doing their best to provide me with whatever help I need to get this diabetes under control.
Excellent service, great doctors and the medical professionals are second to none. I highly recommend the Diabetes education/self-management class for anyone living with or living with a loved one with diabetes. This class is a game changer!
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. My family member has gone without insulin pump supplies because AM Diabetes did not send the prescription in on time. They have been without pump supplies for 5 days. This is a MAJOR issue, they do not even answer their emergency lines.
I am very satisfied with AM Diabetes & Endocrinology Center. I have a history of family members living with diabetes. We are very thankful to have this comprehensive Center in the Mid-South. The staff is wonderful, kind and compassionate.
Dr. Latif is great. However, they never answer the phone or return your calls when you have to leave a message because they won't answer the phone.
I have been going to this facility for several years now and over the course of that time, I have received great care. The staff along with Dr. Latif have given me the best care and always make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to see a endocrinologist.
