Worst doctor’s office I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t answer phones. They don’t take the correct labs so they can keep “fixing” their mistake to bill your insurance. They make you come in for a new visit through every step of something just so they can keep billing your insurance. A visit that can be done in one day, takes 5 visits to resolve. Also, if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait for 3 additional hours before being seen by the doctor. Dr. Ali Mahmoud is extremely unprofessional.
Patient almost 30 years. Seen this doctor from one clinic to another in the area. I had to retire from my job for medical reasons. The doctor was very rude and treated me the worst. The medical assistant pulled me aside stating he was having a bad day, she could tell the hurt I felt because I was crying and sobbing so bad. She asked me to continue to see him in the future. Unfortunately he lost a loyal patient. Honestly he should have called me and had me come back to apologize to me for how he treated that day. Now I wonder if all the procedures I had done over the years was even necessary.
Very bad services. Every time I try to get my test result, I wait for a long time because they just want to get money. This is very bad.
The worst clinic I have a ever seen in my life. I bought the stuff about the doctor about the Customer Service very bad.
Very bad services and they delayed me a lot and I wanted to receive my examination results. I do not recommend it at all.
Doctor is disrespectful and super slow I was waiting in lobby for 3 hours then waiting in the back for 2 hours… I’ll never come back again…
The worse service the doctor has no care and worry even if you’re bleeding the girls in there are disrespectful and all they do is talk about each other….they only thing they care about is money from the pharmacy to the clinic the worse ever
I called this place before I came and they told me to come in before 1to get x rays for my grandson who had a incident at school..when we got there the lady attending to my grandson was rude the doctor never saw us he told the medical assistant to put a bandaid on his finger And that was it..I'm definitely reporting this facility to My insurance company and DIFS..this doctor needs to be investigated

If you want a doctor who actually cares and listens to you then do not go there. The worst doctor ever. I wish my mom never went there. He does not let you talk, constantly cuts you off and doesn’t even listens, really rude. He literally made my mom hospitalized. They suddenly changed my moms blood pressure medicine. The one she was taking was helping her tremendously but idk why they changed it. The new one was not helping at all. So, we took her to the doctor but they did nothing. The hospital doctor told us to go to our family care doctor and tell them to change it but he literally did nothing. Even before he would not care about the things we said. Before becoming a doctor you should have learned how to properly talk to people and fix your nasty attitude. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.
