It's packed because it's soooo good. These juicy tacos melt in your mouth with bursting flavor. I mean the barbaqoa or however it's spelled is so tender & seasoned to perfection for sure. I will be back to try the other tacos soon. They have sweet bread made fresh & it's very soft. I liked the service & I can't speak Spanish very good. The language barrier didn't slow anything down because it's like they know sign language too. I was using my finger to point & she was on it. The ladies are very nice & the place is clean which I really love. I would recommend coming here even if you don't know Spanish. They will take care of you good. I love the way the tortilla are very authentic. If you try it leave a review because it helps local businesses. This one has been here for many years & believe me I see why ! Wooooeeweee them tacos delicious!!! They top the tacos with Pico de Gallo if you want it & give you salsa and napkins. They weren't expensive at all 2 for $5. If you're in the area swing through they have plenty of parking. Parking: Huge parking lot
I have been here like 3x to grab some tacos and it's always been really good, but moving forward to today 02/03/24 I must say that the Menudo and Barbacoa is very very very delicious. I really love the flavor of the menudo it isn't greasy at all the tripe is cut into a good size that is eatable and it doesn't have that strong bayleaf flavor. To be quite honest this is now really the best menudo I have had...hands down the best!!! The barbacoa, OMG OMG, NOW THAT IS !!!!! I have had good barbacoa but this one, this one is on a whole different level. This barbacoa is made/cooked to perfection!!!! It's not greasy yall, there's no fat yall, and it's super dupper clean like OMG. Hey I must say this is the cleanest barbacoa I have ever came across this is the most delicious barbacoa I have ever came across and I will most definitely be coming back. The prices are amazing I promise you will get your money's worth. There's alot of places out there charging $20 a lb for nothing but fat but that's not that case here. I highly recommend anyone who has never been here and is looking for delicious food swing by to this bakery. Everything here is delicious the only thing I don't like is that it's cash only but it is what it is.
Hole in the wall type of bakery, but once you find it you’ll love it best tacos ,gorditas and the bread chefs kiss delicious ! Only cash is accepted but worth itFood: 5/5
After reading all those glowing reviews we decided to try Amaris-- NOT GOOD. other reviewers compared pan dulce to Aranda's & Bolio's saying Amaris better. I did not find it tasting better. No comparsion. We also ordered carnitas & barbacoa 1/2lb each. Carnitas meat so dry & barbacoa no flavor. Going back to Tomas Bakery off Bauman for barbacoa & Aranda's for all my pan dulce.
The bread here is amazing!! I have been coming since I was a child and it is hands down the best sweet bread in the area. It is better that el bolillo or any other any other competitors that I have tried they also have great prices!!Food: 5/5
Best bread always fresh. The tamales, tacos, and gorditas are delicious. No bakery makes their piggies like them. Don't listen about them not being a great bakery. See for yourself, I promise you will love it and great service as well.
Good tasting tamales & sweet bread. I'm from Laredo, Tx and finding great tasting mexican food when visiting family in Houston is a plus. Can't leave the good customer service the ladies provide. Well deserved 5 .
Their bread n food is delicious. Very friendly staff and they welcome you with a smile. I always recommend this places to others.Food: 5/5
For anyone who loves Mexican sweet bread this is the place to go. Bread is continuously coming out fresh. Not only can you get that but you can also get tamalas and Mexican barbecue. If you don't feel like making tortillas yourself you can actually buy them there as well. Just remember cash only but well worth it!!!
WOW what a great find!!!! Don't forget you cash. The items are made right before you eyes tacos everything you need is right there. Very friendly staff and super fast service.
