Awesome company! Owners are easy to talk to and learning about the charities they assist makes me more excited to do business with them!
BEWARE! This company makes excuses to not complete your order and then they steal your money! I made a custom order back in June for my daughter fighting cancer. Nine weeks later, I still did not receive my order and got the excuse that they haven't heard from their overseas distributor. Two weeks later, still nothing, so I ended up having to cancel my order and was told that I'd be informed when the refund would be issued. That was on August 12th....I still have not received my refund and they are ignoring my emails. BUY YOUR WRISTBANDS SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I'm not sure this company truly exists. Where they have received fully payment for an order placed, till this time they have failed to fill my order or communicate as to when their end of the agreement will be fulfilled. From time of order September 13th, 2021 I have called 3 times, left voice mail and sent an email requesting an update concerning fulfillment. As of today, 20 September, 2021 there has been no reply and they have yet provide the service paid for. I should have read the google reviews on this company before using them as a vendor.
Cancelled an order that wouldn't be shipped in time. We requested a refund and was told we would have it within the week we cancelled. That was back in July. We've called and left multiple messages and haven't gotten a call back or a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Judging from other reviews we aren't the only ones to experience problems.
Even though I thought I read good reviews, I got scammed by them. Out. $600. Now I don’t have money to replace bracelets. Can’t get hold of them. Angry and sad.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I order some bracelets from this company for a friend who had passed away and they took my money without sending me my order. I contacted paypal and Im in the process of trying to get a refund. What this company did do was send me an email with fake shipping information on it. The shipped date was January 1st, 1970 and they included a fake tracking number. I stress don’t order from this company try and find someone more reliable that will not scam you!!
The service is terrible now! I used this company years ago for my best friend that passed memorial bracelets. Its now years later and went to reorder more since people have broken or lost theirs. I received no updated information about my order months after so I reached out and they gave me some story about the warehouse overseas. For months I continue to go back and forth with them for the same story and them to try and get me to change my order. Being that my best friend wore this exact kind after death that was out of the question for me. Still continuing going back and forth for months I asked for a refund. They sent me one email saying they would, I did not receive it. I continue to reach out even saying if you just give me what I ordered no refund is necessary but they refuse to do either nor acknowledge any of it
Never received confirmation of the order, just confirmation of my payment. Can't reach the company via phone or email. I don't think they are in business. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Trying to get my money back now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will not make your order and avoid refunds by not answering the phone. After a month of my order being in a pending status, I tried to cancel my order. They will not respond to emails and will not answer the phone. After repeatedly calling all day, I finally got someone on the phone. They said they would cancel the order and refund my money, and sent a confirmation email saying so. Over a month goes by and still no refund. Again, no email response and no one will answer the phone. I am now having to dispute the transaction with Paypal because they refuse to answer the phone or email.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered wristband from this company in August was told 4-6 weeks. Called at 8 weeks told a problem with supply give them a couple of more weeks . When no product in October we called and were told to pick a different more expensive product or cancel the order they would refund. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Still no refund. Called in November , still no refund. Now it’s December and still no refund and are being told there was some problem with paperwork for refunds. All contact about problems has been on our end not this company calling and explaining the problem or trying to fix the issue. Don’t waste your money. Do not order from Amazing Wristbands they are not so amazing. Update—. Dear Not So Amazing Wristbands You have my order number!!!! I have called and emailed multiple times. Responding to this review feigning concern is ridiculous. You have even emailed our company to confirm our mailing address to send the refund yet still no refund. Your companies lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. We are a small non for profit who works hard to raise money and you have just stolen from us, our donors and the children we provide shoes to.
