His mechanics took lots of pictures and videos for me as I had to make my purchase from out of state. They also changed the oil and made sure everything was in order before I drove home. Jenille Thompson, who handles many of the administrative duties, is a gem! She made sure that all of many questions were answered and she always responded in a timely fashion. When I arrived to pick up my ambulance, she made me a coffee and took good care of me. She even checked on me to see if I made it home OK with the ambulance and she provided paperwork that I needed even after the sale. We purchased a van which was delivered to us in poor condition despite assurances it was in great condition. Joey Levy wouldn’t take any of my calls for over a month, and when my business partner reached him, Joey laughed and said we must have caused the damage. Multiple sensors were out, the AC didn’t work, and there were many other issues. I would recommend against using Ambunet!
The vehicle purchased by our company had issues with the a/c, def systems issues, and scene lights not working. As soon as the truck was started it was in reduced power. After having the company mechanic look over the truck it was almost $4,800 in repairs needed. Owner was told that this company looked over this ambulance and it was in perfect condition. Last I checked reduced power and no a/c on a truck isn’t perfect running condition. It took several weeks to get this ambulance operational due to having to find the parts needed to put this truck in “perfect running condition”. When the owner spoke with the gentleman who sold him the truck he was laughed at. I don’t see what is funny about spending additional money for a vehicle that should be in “percent running condition”. I find that rude and disrespectful. I hope this helps anyone else from being taken advantage of and treated with such lack of respect.
Watch out when dealing with this business. The ambulance we purchased was supposed to be operable with no issues. We discovered shortly after receiving it that there were many repairs needed to operate it. The CFO and CEO aren’t willing to help pay for the repairs and won’t take responsibility. Disappointed and do not recommend.
The entire process of purchasing an ambulance with Mitch and the whole team was quick, thorough, and full of pleasant surprises. The professionalism was second to none and I had no reservations regarding my decisions. Mitch worked with me to overcome some concerns I had and overall made any dealership look inferior. Thank you for all the help and sacrifice.. there is no doubt I will travel across half of this country again, to purchase my next ambulance from Ambulance Network.
