Seats recline and are comfortable. Popcorn is good, you add your on butter and salt if needed. Iceys are refillable. Soda machine was broken last night. We saw Advatar which I really liked and would watch again.

I hope whoever owns this theater takes immediate action. I went today and found that it needs more workers and someone to be in charge someone that is not doing everything else also making sure the place is in a good state. The popcorn butter counter was a mess. The soda station a mess. The bathrooms complete mess and they smell like diapers. I understand the supply chain issue but they had nothing but popcorn, packaged candy and the fountain drinks. Everything is missing, really? Update 3/7/22 We went to this theater again. Unfortunately, I work late so this is the one I can go to since the other theaters are far. I was once again disappointed on the management of this theater. Are the people that go to this theater extra messy? Maybe. But that doest mean they can't at least try to keep up with it. I saw a cleaning lady as I was going into my movie. Yet when I went to the ladies restroom shortly after I found it disgusting. Whoever is saying this is a clean sanitized theater is either mistaken or lying. Look at the restroom floors. All they need is a little bit of product to get those stains out. Amc needs to offer a decent pay to their cleaning staff and hire good contractors that can periodically scrub the floors. This isn't new. This place has much potential but all the ladies at the restroom were looking at each other disgusted. How is one supposed to want to come back?

Theater was fine. Avoid auditorium #20 at all cost. Screen is small and some how quality also was little dull. Seats are torn see pictures attached. If I am paying about $30 for tickets and snacks than I expect better sitting and overall better experience. 2/5 starts for movie experience and 3/5 for overall experience.

Everything comfortable theater. We purchased our tickets online but you can buy them at the door. There doesn't appear to be a bad seat in the house. Totally recommend this theater.

Very clean movie theater. Lots of sanitizing wipes zo clean off your seat. Friendly staff, and i loved the way the rows are separated to provide for social distance. As with all AMC movie theaters you can book online and see how many people will be in the theater with you! Definitely will visit again if I'm on the southside

I live in a relatively small town so this was the first time I have been to a movie theater of this size. The sound was great and the reclining seats were comfortable. Snack bar/concessions was fully operational and looked pretty clean, as well as the floors throughout the theater. I did not visit the bathrooms so I cannot attest to their cleanliness or lack thereof. Overall, enjoyed my visit and would look forward to going back.

The staff are friendly. The theater is clean. Me and my husband decided to get snacks. Bad idea for me. I got the pretzel bites salted and couldn't even finish them. Way too much salt. I had to scrape salt off of some of them and then that didn't even help due to the fact that they were really chewy and dry. My husband got the the curly fries safe choice and they were actually pretty good. We will definitely go back but just make sure we eat first.

The reclining seats are great. Average cleanliness, half of the fountain drinks were not working. This must be a MISERABLE place to work, because EVERY SINGLE staff member we encountered has a HUGE attitude. Once past them the movie was great.

Theater was large and mostly clean. The sound quality was good and the seats were comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is that the bathroom was an absolute disaster. It obviously hadn't been serviced in hours. The floor was flooded, multiple stalls out of paper and soap dispensers empty as well.

This is a really pretty old theater, although it won’t be around much longer… The moviegoing experience is usually alright but my most recent visit was really disappointing. I’m an A-List member so I reserved my seat and ordered concessions ahead of time only for them to tell me on arrival that “the concessions were closed and this movie theater wasn’t serving popcorn.” I was shocked that it allowed me to still order online and would have gone elsewhere had I known…
