This theater is clean with parking nearby, either in the lot behind, on the street, or in garages all pay-to-park. It's unique in having a smaller rise between theater rows than normal, rather than the more common stadium-style seating. I recommend choosing seats closer to the screen than you typically would because your usual row of choice will be a farther distance from the screen than normal. This will also help lower the risk of having a tall person in front of your seat blocking the screen.

This theater is wonderful! Mine was theater 8 and it was GORGEOUS. Possibly the nicest one I’ve been to & definitely WAY better than ones in DC. Seats are very comfortable & bigger than most reclining ones. Plenty of space between rows & staff were nice & paid attention to detail-weren’t too overwhelmed. HIGHLY recommend!

So I have been coming to this theater for 4 years and love it. Near a metro, recliner chairs, decent selection of films and friendly staff. Bathroom floors can be a little sticky but it’s a public restroom. Check this place out!

This is a compact version of an AMC Theater. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tricky so plan ahead. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Nice lounge chairs that recline. If you order online they deliver the popcorn to your seat. Scotty who welcomes you at the front is kind

Mice Infestation. I have been coming to this theatre for 8+ years. Last Tuesday 8/9/22 I went to see the 7PM Bullet Train showtime in theatre 8. Before the credits started to roll a mouse moved right past the seat in front of me. I left the theatre, reported it to management who didn't seem shocked and refunded my ticket. I decided to go back yesterday 8/16/22 to see Bullet Train 7PM, this time which was in theatre 6. While waiting for the previews, in a completely different theatre mind you, another mouse was spotted going between the seats. This theatre is not clean and I will not be going again.

Comfortable seats with a convenient location and parking. The picture quality is good and the concession stand rarely has a line. This is my preferred theater in Arlington!

The reclining chairs were so comfortable and the it wasn’t crowded. Even though the movie I saw was bad the theater was excellent

I saw a 3D movie here and the experience was great. The screen size and volume were good. The chairs were the most comfortable and lounge as far back as possible. There is lots of space in between the rows so it's easy to get up during long movies without bothering anyone. The line was very long for food and beverages but that is to be expected when the movie you are seeing is sold out.
